Matthew knows HIUs and is an excellent plumbing engineer. Very clean, Punctual. Takes pride over his work. Replacing a HIU is not a small job and i would definitely recommend using smartcallph for this type of detailed work.

Arrived Promptly at the Time Agreed
Smart Call engineer arrived to fit a Victorian radiator, which is a job most plumbers avoid. The job was expertly executed and our radiator is working really well. The job was quite challenging as our oak floor boards needed to be altered so impressive carpentry skills were also required. We are really pleased with the finished job and as dust sheets etc. were used, there was no mess or clearing up to do as the engineer used protective coverings throughout. He arrived promptly at the time agreed which was really helpful for us and clearly explained the costs (which were very reasonable), and at the end of the fitting there were no hidden extras even though the job took a long time. Throughout the work the engineer was quietly confident and friendly and is clearly very experienced. We will certainly use Smart Call in the future whenever heating or water jobs arise and have no hesitations in recommending them.

Very Pleased with the Service
